For a small additional fee, we provide next day shipping of replacement hardware. If your SpamGaj Mail Appliance fails, we will ship you a replacement unit within 24 hours so that you can get back up and running. We will bill you pending return of the failed unit but once the unit is received, you will be fully credited.
A complete suite of support resources is also available for enterprise deployments, including software downloads, consultations on installation and set-up and direct access to our technical support team.
